Being too busy for self-care can lead to burnout, depression, anxiety, resentment & other negative feelings. On the flipside, a daily self-care ritual can help with:

Rituals are meaningful practices with a deep sense of purpose, so take time out of your busy day to cultivate a self-care ritual. It doesn’t have to be long or intricate, it just has to be yours. 1. Have a calming night-time routine


We think the evening is the perf time for a little TLC. It’s a great way to unwind and destress from the day that was.
