Before launching her eponymous brand, Beauty Chef Carla Oates was already an established naturalist with years of experience researching, writing, and teaching about organic beauty and healthy living. After several skin conditions prompted her to take her family on a gut-healing journey that included a diet high in Lacto-fermented, probiotic-rich whole foods, Carla realised the beauty-enhancing potential of probiotics.
