    A consciously created plant active in a convenient, readily absorbed liquid herbal extract. Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve sleeplessness and support refreshing sleep. It is used as a calmative, to relax the nervous system, calm nerves and relieve symptoms of stress. You can expect a slightly bitter taste, which is typical of herbal extracts and all of their goodness. Complemented with natural peppermint oil.

    Adult dosage:

    Using the measured dropper take 2.25 mL daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Shake well before use.

    Each 2.25 mL contains:
    Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root ext. liquid 2ml, derived from dry ----- 2g. Also contains glycerol and peppermint oil.
