    Product Description
    A consciously created plant active in a convenient, readily absorbed liquid herbal extract. Cramp Bark is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve muscle cramps and muscle tension. You can expect a slightly bitter taste, which is typical of herbal extracts and all of their goodness. Complemented with natural peppermint oil.

    Adult dosage:

    Using the measured dropper take 2.25 mL two times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary. Shake well before use.

    Each 2.25 mL contains:
    Viburnum opulus (Cramp Bark) stem bark ext. liquid 2.03 mL, derived from dry 1.01 g. Also contains glycerol and peppermint oil.
