Diatomaceous Earth is naturally occurring, soft, silica-rich sediment that easily crumbles into fine, white powder. We are born with an abundance of Silica in our bodies, which is essential to good health and constantly needs to be replenished. Silica also plays an important role in preserving the appearance of our skin and helps our bodies to excrete toxic metals such as aluminium.
