    Machine Wash:
    2 flat wooden spoons or teaspoons to 1 full laundry load

    Stain remover:
    To remove spot stains, rub powder and some water directly onto the stain. Leave overnight and wash as normal.
    For heavily stained clothes, dissolve 1 wooden spoon in 5L of water. Soak overnight and wash as normal.
