    Perdays Preconception Activated Folate & B-Vitamins contains Quatrefolic, a biologically activated form of folate.

    This Australian made formula has been created in consultation with leading Australian experts. It is designed for women who prefer or require an activated folate, 5-MTHF, to support preconception and pregnancy health.

    Take one tablet per day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    Per tablet: Levomefolic Acid (Quatrefolic® as Levomefolate glucosamine) 500mcg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg, Nicotinic Acid (Vitamin B3) 18mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.9mg, Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12 as Co-Methylcobalamin) 500mcg.

    Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Don’t exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect or spina bifida, seek specific medical advice. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake in inadequate.
