Product Description

Most store-bought vitamins are synthetic, making them harder for the body to recognise, absorb, and use efficiently. The best source of vitamins is real food, and beef organs are some of the most nutrient-dense options available. Particularly high in B vitamins, they make a great daily supplement for energy.

Take 4 capsules per day. You can take them whole or open the capsules to mix with food or drink (e.g. in a smoothie). Chief recommend taking them in the morning for energy throughout the day.

Taking supplements with coffee can interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients, we recommend a 30 minute window on either side.
