This unique, cold-pressed oil is full of flavour and natural goodness and supports both inner and outer health. Along with being a source of vitamins and minerals it also contains antioxidants and phytosterols and has anti-inflammatory properties. Pumpkin Seed Oil also makes a great hair treatment and it has been claimed to help with scalp conditions and hair loss.
