    Melrose Organic Essential Greens is a nutrient-rich blend of certified organic plant-based nutrients to support detoxification and energy. This powder includes Chlorella, which is a powerful cleanser and antioxidant that helps to detoxify your body. Also includes Spirulina, a notorious superfood that is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals and Barley & Wheatgrass offer anti-inflammatory properties. It is an ideal supplement for those with a low green vegetable intake.

    Take 1 teaspoonful daily before a meal. Stir into a glass of water or juice. Can also be sprinkled on rice or pasta dishes, in soups or salads, or added to any meal.

    Adult dose: 1 teaspoon in water, smoothie or your favourite drink. Can be taken multiple times a day.

    Children 6-12 years: 1⁄2 adult dose.
