    This Melrose MCT Oil Original is a flavour-free oil comprised of C8 (Caprylic Acid) and C10 (Capric Acid) medium chain triglycerides derived from organic Coconut Oil. MCTs are easily absorbed by the body and go directly to the liver, where they are rapidly converted into ketones – a clean fuel source for the body and brain.

    MCT Oil is a recognised energy source for physical and mental performance, assists the body to reach and maintain a state of ketosis (fat burning), can help to boost metabolism and supports digestive health. It also helps to keep hunger at bay and can be taken on its own or added to coffee, smoothies, breakfast eggs, bircher muesli and more.
