    This nails by Nourished Life Base Coat creates the ideal foundation for the nails range by helping to smooth any ridges or unevenness in the nail surface. Made with our regular 7 Free formula, it contains no Toluene, Monomers or Hydroquinones, and promotes the formation of the extra-strong, high-gloss finish offered by this revolutionary system.

    Apply base coat. Allow to dry, then apply your favourite gel colour, with a second coat if desired. Follow with top coat to set the gel, and allow to dry in natural light.
