    Mix 1-3 heaped teaspoons into your beverage or food of choice. Stir for 20-30 seconds until dissolved. For best results enjoy 3 heaped teaspoons / 7.6g daily. Maximum 2 serves a day.

    Versatile: Mix into your juice, smoothie, coffee, tea, oats etc. We recommend allowing tea or coffee to cool for approx. 1minute before adding the powder. If any powder lumps form, stir a little longer or break these with your teaspoon.
