    Product Description
    Made with moisturizing vitamin E and rice bran oil, the Elate Cosmetics EyeLine Pencils are gentle on the eyes and made for wear all day. Starting from the outer corner of your eye, work inwards with small dashes, smudging with your finger or a brow brush if desired. Plus, this little number is small enough to hide in your back pocket.

    Vegan. Made in Italy.

    Eyes: Start at the outer corner of the eye and apply short dashes as you draw a line along the lash line. Use the angle of a brow brush or fingertip to smudge, if desired.

    Brows: Using hair-like flicks, use a brow brush to fill in the brows to create your desired brow shape.
