Digestive Essential Oil Rollerball

Apply to abdomen in a clockwise direction and to the lower back. Massage starting at your belly button and work outwards making between 5-10 complete rotations.

You can also apply to your sternum, temples or wrists to help with nausea as needed.

Avoid direct sunlight. Do not apply on broken skin. Seek medical advice for use during pregnancy and with medical conditions.

Keep out of reach of children. This blend contains peppermint and fennel, which are not recommened for children due to its stimulating nature. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).
