Digestive Essential Oil Blend

Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 5 drops per 10ml carrier oil. Apply to abdomen and lower back in a clockwise direction.

Compress: Add 2 drops to a bowl of warm to hot water. Submerge a face washer in the water, then wring out excess water. Place the compress over the abdomen and replace as it cools down. You can also place the compress on your lower back.

Treatment on the run: Place a drop of essential oil on your shirt collar (patch test on the fabric first to ensure the oil won't stain) or on a tissue and tuck it into your bra or singlet strap.

Avoid direct sunlight. Do not apply on broken skin. Seek medical advice for use during pregnancy and with medical conditions.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?
Not recommended for use during pregnancy.

Is this suitable for children?
Keep out of reach of children. This blend contains peppermint and fennel, which are not recommened for children due to its stimulating nature. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Not recommended for use around pets.

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
