Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to areas with muscle tension.
