    Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes are the dry flakes of raw, ultra-pure magnesium chloride and other naturally-occurring trace minerals, drawn from the Ancient Zechstein Seabed in Northern Europe, in a convenient and economical form for use in baths and foot soaks. When added to a warm bath, magnesium flakes help to improve skin hydration and relax the body and mind.

    Dissolve 1-3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes into a warm, but not hot, footbath or tub bath, and soak for 30 minutes or more.
