Green Tea

If you’re going to drink one organic herbal tea, make it green. Green tea not only detoxifies the body from free radicals – the nasties that cause chronic disease – but it is also a major fat burner. Along with accelerating weight loss, it blocks cholesterol, stabilises blood pressure, and helps ward off viruses. It is known for boosting energy and the metabolism. However, a cup of green tea contains about 20 grams of caffeine, so limit yourself to 3-4 cups a day.
