Your Guide to Organic Teas for Winter

The winter chill has well and truly set in, and although we're all layering on our winter woolies and staying toasty indoors, there's truly no better way to warm up than with a piping hot cup of organic tea!

We all tend to get a bit hungrier than normal in the winter months, when all we want is some warming comfort food and maybe a sweet treat. But instead of reaching for whatever's in the pantry this winter, why not put together a collection of teas that can curb your cravings, give you that soothing warmth and really benefit you at the same time? Organic teas are so much more than just a winter warmer. They're delicious, they're good for you, and there's a blend to suit everyone's health and lifestyle needs! Here are a few of my all-time favourites to combat signs of ageing, aid sleep, boost energy, and support the immune system, as well as those just for when you need a special treat.

What are the benefits of drinking tea?

The benefits of drinking organic tea blends really come down to which variety you choose. The right tea can do anything from elevating your energy levels to sending you into a deep sleep and alleviating your anxieties. Organic teas can boost immunity, ease your sweet tooth, keep you feeling energised and can even help fight the signs of ageing! I like to have a small collection of different organic teas on hand so I can choose the right one for when I need it most. Can you believe that a delicious cup of tea can not only warm you up but also support your health and wellbeing at the same time? Teas packed with vitamins and antioxidants from natural fruit and berry extracts can help promote a youthful complexion and boost circulation, while potent herbal blends can soothe inflammation and calm the nervs.
