Therapy Shower Filter Deluxe With Shower Head
Benefits of filtered water
Aside from tasting pure and clean, filtered water can also reduce many of the additives and contaminants which remain in tap water. In Australia, water is required to contain disinfectants such as chlorine, which can leave a lingering taste or smell which many people find unpleasant. Tap water can also contain impurities such as fine silt, affecting its colour. Here we covered the topic of contaminants in our tap water in more detail based on a study conducted by Macquarie University. Since the 1960s, fluoride has also been added to our drinking water to help support dental health, however families may opt to reduce this in their daily water consumption. Instead of consuming tap water, many Australians also opt for bottled water, which results in a lot of waste, with many plastic bottles actually ending up in landfill rather than being recycled. More than $500 million per year is spent on bottled water!1

Waters Co AcePot Bio+ Water Filter Jug
I have been using the Waters Co AcePot Bio+ Water Filter Jug for years now, but it has since had an upgrade to a much sleeker design! It's the perfect size to pop in the fridge door, it holds one litre of water and doesn't take long to fill and chill!
