What is a Bellabeat?

Now you can discover how, why and when you get stressed and use this awareness to combat stressing yourself out further. How to use Bellabeat to manage stress

This is so clever ’ over three to four days, the stress sensitivity feature works by taking into account all the data that your Bellabeat collects while you’re wearing it. It gives you a colour coded visual graph to alert you to your stress levels. You’ll be able to see what you can do to help manage stress ’ for example, lack of sleep will send it towards the red zone, while meditation and an early night will see you in the green zone. This lets you work out what’s made your stress levels rise and lower and helps you better plan which times to set a bedtime alarm or practice Leaf’s meditation exercises.

How to use the Bellabeat for guided meditation

I find chilling out and unwinding is so easy when I make time for one of these great guided meditation exercises. Each meditation on your app has a different focus to help settle the mind and work towards stillness and mindfulness. Life coach, inspiring author and speaker Christine Hassler has devised seven exclusive visualisation exercises incorporating her positive energy and passion to help you develop a healthier, calmer and more focused you, and it only takes a few minutes a day (note to self: do this more often!). You can set a reminder, put on your headphones and make your work commute, the time when you wake up, or pre-sleep time more beneficial with this daily dose of mindfulness.
