Using magnesium oil
Magnesium oil has a very high concentration of magnesium, so it takes some experimentation to see how well your skin absorbs it. For thinner and sensitive skin, start with a magnesium cream, then move onto oils when your skin has adjusted to absorbing magnesium. When it's time to move onto oils, look for magnesium oil combined with other ingredients such as Elektra Magnesium Oil with botanical ingredients โ€™ it's not as sticky as straight Magnesium oil, and can be absorbed more easily.

Magnesium to help sleep
Application of magnesium oil may help you get to sleep quicker. Sleep deprivation is a common sign of magnesium deficiency. In addition to this, other symptoms such as restlessness, headaches and sore muscles can affect your ability to have a great nights' sleep. Apply magnesium oil on affected areas of the body, or on the back of your neck to help minimise any of these symptoms before going to bed.

Magnesium massage
Massages can be even more beneficial when magnesium products are involved. Adding a magnesium oil to your regular massage oil can soothe sore muscles and mild tension. It is also wonderful to rub directly into muscles after working out.
