Within Australia



Nourished Life does not currently ship outside Australia. It is our priority to provide the best, toxin-free shopping experience to all Australians.

Processing & Delivery



We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 10:30am Mon-Thur and FREE Express Post to all WA orders 500g and under. Within 24 hours of placing your order you should receive your Australia Post tracking code so you can keep an eye on it via the Australia Post website. If you place your order over the weekend your tracking code should be sent by Monday afternoon after it is dispatched Monday morning.

If you put ATL (Authority To Leave) on your order description, Australia Post should leave your package on your doorstep, in your letter box (or somewhere safe) without the need for your signature. Please note Nourished Life can not take responsibility for any lost packages marked ATL.

If all items are in stock, your delivery should arrive within 1-4 days (unless you are in a regional area or in WA where it may take up to 7-10 working days if your order exceeds 500g). Usually Sydney and Melbourne metro deliveries arrive the the following day (if placed prior to 10:30am)

We hold all of our stock in our Sydney warehouse and do not ask suppliers to drop ship their items to our customers. Due to the items we sell being natural and organic, they do have a shorter shelf life than many mainstream products that can sit on shelves for up to 5 years! For this reason we replenish our stock levels every few weeks to ensure it is as fresh as possible for you.

We can sometimes sell out of items quickly and on these occasions we may hold your order back a few days till the item arrives back in stock. If your order is going to be delayed by longer than a couple of days we will advise you by email. We don't provide back orders, so if an item is out of stock and you do not wish your order to be held back we will refund you for the out of stock item and advise you as soon as it is back.

Undelivered Items


If your package is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect address or if you have not picked it up from the post office and they send it back, you will be issued a credit note so you can repurchase the items on a new order. Nourished Life will cover the cost of the return fees but can not pay to re-send your package the second time.

Returns Policy



Change of mine
Nourished Life happily accepts returns if you change your mind as long as the product has not been used and it is still in the original packaging. A store credit will be issues once the returned item is received. Please contact us within 14 days to receive your Return Code for returns.

Fault Items/Damaged Goods
In accordance to Australian Consumer guidelines, Nourished Life will always replace or repair any fault items or if your item has been broken in transit. If the item can not be replaced we will issue you will a store credit or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours to receive your Return Code for broken or faulty items
