How to soothe sore muscles naturally

When it comes to soothing aches and pains the natural way, there are several different ways to help get that effective relief from soreness. For fairly fast relief, Magnesium oils and thermal treatments can be massaged into the skin to help boost circulation and calm inflammation. This is also a great option when you're on the move and need a helping hand to keep you going. At the end of the day, I recommend a soothing bath soak before bedtime as they are not only calming and de-stressing but can also help to really relax your muscles and get some of that stiffness out. Magnesium is one of my favourite ingredients for treating sore muscles as you can use it as a bath soak, in spray form and even as a cream or oil.

Natural thermal treatments

Uspa Thermal Treatment Oil - Red Pepper
Amazingly, naturally warm, the Uspa Thermal Treatment Oil - Red Pepper. It does offer that heating effect the skin and can be used on those tight muscles around the neck ad shoulders (as well as arms, legs and feet!). This is due to the capsicum Extract which has a warming effect on the skin combined with Wintergreen and Menthol which offer a unique stimulating effect. All together this offers a wonderful hot-cold effect which I love using on mild muscle tihgtness.
