This will help to break the pattern of the mind!

It’s also important to implement self care on a regular basis! This could include anything from practicing yoga to mindful meditation. Our Naturopath recommends fortnightly or monthly massage of acupuncture. As long as you are practicing something you enjoy, you can settle nerves and take more notice of the world around you!

A unique and entertaining way to relieve anxiety is to use an adult colouring book! This is a wonderful activity for anxious adults to bring the mind into the present and introduce an element of lightness. It’s a great opportunity to give your mind a break!
