If you’re getting ready to have a baby, it’s so important to pre-pack your hospital bag. There’s nothing worse than leaving it to the last minute! When I had my children, I was shocked with the amount of chemicals that they expected me to wash my baby with! Looking back, I wish I was more prepared and I wish that these items were available to me back then! To ensure you are ready and relaxed when it comes time to head into the hospital, I have put together a simple guide to all of your post baby essentials. Because every pregnancy is different, please remember to check with your health care professional before using any new skincare products, teas or supplements in pregnancy.
