Wherever possible, essential oils are sourced from organic and biodynamic farms, and are as concentrated as possible to preserve the full benefits of aromatherapy. Less is More perfumes are COSMOS Certified Organic, vegan and made in Vienna, Austria. The company also holds B Corp certification, meaning they meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability.
How to make natural perfume last longer
According to Less Is More, we should think of our perfume like a fine wine... this means we should store it in the same way ’ in a cool, dark place (not necessarily a cellar, though.) If we just store perfume in a box, drawer or cupboard it will be protected from the effects of sunlight, preserving the natural aroma for longer. For a lingering scent, spritz your perfume through your hair to diffuse the aroma, apply directly to skin, mist through the air and walk through, or add a couple of sprays to your body moisturiser. Scents like Bedtime Stories can also be sprayed onto your bed linen or pyjamas. Never rub your wrists together after spraying perfume on them ’ this can have a detrimental effect on perfumes as the friction and heat can change the natural enzymes! Florals, for example, can lose their crispness when damaged in this way.
There are nine beautiful scents to choose from in the Less is More range, all with sample options available so you can test them out first and find your perfect scent before committing to the full-size bottle.
