So what is CoQ10?
CoEnzyme Q10 is a naturally produced substance found in the body, it is a powerful antioxidant which helps protect your cells from the body’s own free radicals which is one of the causes of ageing! A reduction in important antioxidants in the body is one of the major causes of ageing in the body.
