1. Lunette
"My best eco-swap is moving from tampons to a menstrual cup. I thought it would take a lot longer to get used to using the cup but it was comfortable straight away and so easy to use. It has totally changed my life when it comes to period health. My current favourite menstrual cup is from Lunette, I think it’s really good for beginners as it’s really flexible and you can’t feel it at all!" - Lani

2. Ethique Hair Care & Home Products
"Any Ethique Shampoo & Conditioner!
Not only do these shampoo & conditioner bars work better than any other shampoo/conditioner I've ever tried - they save you on SO MUCH plastic packaging.... and they last forever so you barely need to buy them again. I cannot recommend enough and will tell anyone who will listen! My hair gets oily quickly and I have always struggled with a flaky scalp, but the Heali Kiwi Shampoo is my must have desert island product. I am also a big fan of the new Ethique Concentrates especially the Ethique Multi-Purpose Kitchen Spray Concentrate. So easy to use and so good for the environment at the same time! You just have to mix the concentrated bars with boiling water, and you've got a fresh batch of multi-purpose kitchen spray ’ minus the plastic bottle! You can use any empty bottle you see fit." - Tina

3. Resparkle Multipurpose Spray and Resparkle Microfibre Cloths
’I am LOVING the Resparkle multipurpose spray and mircofibre cloths. The packaging is so nice and it really does work ’ I never thought natural cleaning products would be as efficacious but this definitely does the job. I get a good feeling every time I use it as I know it’s way better for the environment - and one less time I’m using single use paper towel - and better for my health as I’m using less toxic ingredients in my home." - Hannah

6. Life Basics Cotton Pads, LastSwab and Life Basics Produce Bags
"Instead of disposable pads, I am now using the Life Basics Cotton Pads, ideal for applying toner and micellar water. Last Swab has become my go-to to clean up mascara around my eyes and last but not least, Life Basics Produce bags are just so good to carry spinach and other veggies instead of the plastic bags from the supermarket." - Nicole

7. Stasher Bags
’I recently swapped out my plastic single use ziplock bags and invested in Stasher bags. I love how sturdy they are, you can do anything with them; freeze fruit, store food, heat up left overs and then pop it in the dishwasher so they are ready to be used again. I love all the colours, making my lunch for work look colourful and the best feeling of all is knowing that I’ve reduced my single waste usage and I won’t be adding to more landfill all because of Stasher." - Madelene

10. Life Basics Silicone Baking Mats & Nourished Life Compost Bin
I love to cook and I am a big user of my oven, could not live without it! I was feeling bad every time to throw away baking paper several times a week! I am the happiest now that I have made the switch to these reusable silicone baking mats and NO cookie dough does not stick to it.
The other eco-friendly product I have added into my life is the compost bin! So nice to finally being able to set up a compost bin at home even if I live in an apartment. - Victoria
