What is CoQ10?
Not only is CoQ10 natural, it's actually a substance produced by and found in the body. As we age, our CoQ10 levels naturally begin to deplete, which means our skin isn't as well protected from free radical damage (which means our skin starts to lose its elasticity and starts to show visible signs of ageing) and our body isn't producing as much collagen as we'd like it to.
